It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the items supplied are appropriate for the use and vehicle, although we do list applications of parts this is not comprehensive and we cannot guarantee the suitability.
Many items are listed with a ID number e.g. Lucas or remax, please note that with new products this is an equalivalent number.
Dimentions and sizes are approximate.
Most of our products are original items and will arrive in original packaging although this is not always the case and packaging may differ slightly to the picture on the website.
All bulbs are flash tested to ensure they are working before packing.
New products have undergone a strict inspection and testing period to ensure that you receive a product that is appropriate for use and is reliable.
Postage and Packing - every effort is made to ensure that items arrive to you quickly. We try to keep the cost of packing to a minimum and do our bit for the environment by reusing and recycling materials where possible. Delicate items such as bulbs are carefully packaged in strong boxes with plently of packing to ensure safe arrival.
Returns/refund/replacement items are accepted if the item is found faulty, please contact us before returning any item.

Payment is accepted on our website through paypal, credit and debit cards. Cheques are accepted if you prefer, in this case items are sent out once the cheque has cleared.
UK addresses, if an item is lost in the post it is best for the customer to claim for the lost item. I will help with how to do this and any information needed
International post, if an item is lost in the post I will make a claim for the lost item.
